The choice to commit to a LSF is not to be take lightly that's for sure. I know I would love to have this piece but with no wear to display this is hard to throw down $2000. If I had the place to display to maybe but with out it, it's hard to justify.

Having said all that I still can help but want to order this and worry about displaying it later.

I was initially rather sceptical of the LSF's (1/2 scales) at the beginning...i mean 2K is a lot of money to spend for most of us, let alone on a statue. However, the first time i set eyes on the Iron Man MKIII LSF when it arrived to me...i was awe struck! It was like seeing something out of an Iron Man movie museum, it looked damn perfect! What catches your eye immediately is the sheer size of it. I used to think that 1/4 scale was big but nothing compares to the 1/2 scales. Hence why i have high hopes for this Wolvie LSF. The details in the pics look fantastic whilst the face sculpt looks extremely realistic, as if you've got a real guy under the mask (allbeit a very small real guy!)

Not sure where the future lies in terms of the LSF's but out of all the releases so far i am so happy that i managed to get the Iron Man LSF, more so now that its sold out. With Wolverine on its way, Doom imminent for pre order and the positive feedback recieved for the newly sculpted Indiana Jones LSF, i wonder which others will be next? I was thinking that if some of my other favourite characters were to be announced at half scale then i'd seriously consider selling my PF collection to help fund them cos nothing comes close to an LSF imo. As for who i'd like to see introduced to the LSF line up...well 2 names spring to mind are a Vader LSF and a Spiderman LSF. A Spiderman LSF would just be a dream!!!

Hey Ant, i think it was you that said they wished they'd got the IM LSF??? Honestly, its gonna probably take something amazing to overtake it as the best piece in my collection (probably another IM LSF)

Just a shame its in its shipping box at the moment but i've already had a few requests to take pics of the Iron Man LSF alongside the Wolverine LSF...although you could watch a few of last years YouTuve vids of the SDCC where you can see both Wolverine and Iron Man LSF's in close proximity of each other

Also only really just noticed all the detail on the base I was originally disappointed with it as it looked like the pf but the grass detail really sets it apart

Wolverine is gonna be quality! I just wish there was a video camera in both yours and RB's houses as you begin to unbox it....you will be just be in awe of such HUGE and highly detailed pieces. Infact, i'd be interested to see if you feel the same about your PF's once you recieve your first LSF!

Wolverine and Sabretooth were some of the first PF's in my collection. I can still remember the outcry due to Sabretooth's Pyjama looking outfit...i didnt see a problem with it really and as for the two Sabretooth face sculpts, well they are up there with some of the best ive seen!

nevertheless, i had to sell them as i really didnt like the Wolverine PF at all and so i couldnt have Sabretooth without Wolverine...
