Jackman says there’s no word yet on the possibility of an X-Men 4. “No, but there's a script for Wolverine.” The follow-up question to that response would be is Wolverine going to fight Batman? “I want to say yes, just because it'd be fun to see the reverberations of that, but...”

Ok. Which Batman foe was bigger than the Incredible Hulk ? And don't wuss out and say "Superman". I think we've already debunked that as an appropriate comparison.

Bat's ain't going to be sedating Wolvie anytime soon. And I can't see him "psyching him out" either. If anything he'll buy into the popular misconception that Wolverine is just a beserker and underestimate him.

Batman vs. Hulk..........well....lets just say Batman can run, but that's it. Although I bleed marvel brand ink, Batman may well be my favorite character. While I think he is brilliant, I don't necessarily think of him as a genius like Banner. Logan is as dumb as a box of rocks, but can hunt. Super powers aside, I'd give the edge to batman in a big way. World war hulk is gonna be AWESOME!!!:chew

Where does this "big magnet" come from?? is it in his belt?? is it hanging on a crane?? does a pickup truck just happen to be passing by with a giant magnet? .........theres no magnet, just a guy with bat ears wondering why there are 5 points coming out the top of his head instead of the usual 2

Also where does he get to experiment on reversing Gamma radiation?? is it happening while Hulk is strangling him with his pointer finger and thumb?

Batman literally has no chance against the hulk....Even Bane was able to break the Batman, but in the end Batman would come up with something.. Batman is FULL of trial and error.. so it doesn't matter.. he'd always loose first round against anyone with superpowers. IN THE END Batman would win against the hulk.

IMO, like BATMAN and Bruce Wayne, Hulk and Banner are two complete different people...except Batman is able to control is alter ego.

if you watch BATMAN: TAS EPISODE 44 "DAY OF THE SAMURAI" Batman talks about Bruce Wayne in the third person..

Who would win between Batman and Wolverine? Depends on whether Marvel wrote the comic or DC, lol. Two of my favorite charactors, but I have to go with Batman.

As far as trial and error with Batman, that's part of what I love about him - he's human, no superpowers. He learns from his mistakes.

Who said Wikipedia was acurate? Any idiot with internet access can post "so called" acurate info. Remember this is the same sight that listed the Kurgan Krusade a few months ago.

Look up Logan's skills in the "offical" Marvel Handbook. It says that he has average intelligence.

As far as the Hulk goes, Batman would have a very small chance against a "dumb" Hulk but a "smart" Hulk would squash him like a bug. Batman has stood toe to toe with Darkseid, who could beat Hulk in 10 seconds but that's a whole other subject, so Bats would have a very very slight chance against a "dumb" Hulk but I'd still put my money on Banner.

I think the real battle that everyone would like to see is Cap A vs. Bats. Now that would be a real battle.

Cap would clean Bat's clock - he's an altered human, Bats is a normal (albeit highly trained) human.

I think a more interesting/even one would be The Punisher vs Batman. Both normal highly trained humans without particular weaknesses. Batman's smarter but the Punisher is more ruthless.

In a pure one-on-one fight...Wolverine would win.He's a martial artist,a brawler,and factor in the claws (whether or not he used them) and his mutant abilities (healing factor,heightened senses) and he'd take Batman down in seconds.

The only chance Batman has is to use tricks and his gadgets....as it is ALWAYS said when Batman fights someone.

Yes as a matter of fact he does.Initially,Wolverine's "real" memory started after the Weapon X program (when he got his skeleton laced with adamantium), and all the other memories were implants so he couldn't tell what was real and what was not.Even before House of M,Wolvie would catch "flashes" of his real memory coming through.

As a result of Decimation, the fall-out from House of M. Wolverine awoke and commented that he remembered all of his true past.Possibly this was some unexpected side-effect after coming of the altered reality.

It has also been revealed that because of Wolverine's reawakening from the altered reality and regaining his true memories that he now is catching glimpses of memories from OTHER Wolverines of other Marvel realities...such as Ultimate Wolverine.I think this was shown recently in a back-up story in Wolverine (vol.3) #50 (I think) with art by Ed McGuinness.

The man has fought in two World Wars (even Cap remembers him from WW2),he's been a mutant spy for "Team X" (along with Sabretooth,Mastedon,Maverick,etc.),he's a superb martial artist,and has been and still is an X-Man.
