WonderCon Exclusive Figs....Here we go AGAIN!

Nah Mike, SDCC would have been perfect. I mean we are getting new waves of Blackest Night figures way, way after SDCC. So SDCC would have been just fine for these. Timing on them (by that I mean a few months) isn't going to matter much. They'll sell well no matter what con they were picked for. But the fact these are made and ready to sell in 2 days means they were planned A LONG time ago. I mean we don't even have the deputies yet, but a White Lantern Sinestro that is what, 2 months old is all?

"Now before everyone panics and compares these to the "Rainbow Hal" exclusives from SDCC last year, you should know that according to the official website, it looks like these will ALSO be sold at C2E2 in Chicago. If that is the case, I think it’s a fairly safe bet to assume that these will also be available at SDCC this year.

The information above does say they are "Limited Edition" figures, but it doesn’t say how many that edition was (like the 1500 of each of the Rainbow Hals) but to be available at multiple cons it would have to be a larger edition.

I'd take it with a grain of salt since its April 1st but if its true then finally DCD figured it out.

Black Lantern & White Lantern Sinestro pics

A group of us stood in line for these figures for some friends of ours at WonderCon and it's a good thing I won because I wasn't about to do it over again - what a hassle. Hey.....you're on the GLC Boards aren't you.....

I just nabbed Sinestro, for $50 which was painful but I got Hal for $40 which was a bit easier to shallow of course its nowhere near as nice to have nabbed them both for $40. I'll post pics when they finally arrive...

Great pics. I just hope I'll be able to get a set someday. Was it ever confirmed if these were going to be at other Cons this year? There is one next weekend right? Will that Con have them?

It was confirmed that they'll be at the con C2E2 or something like that but the sticker on the packaging will be different. For openers it won't matter, for MIB folks its a variant that could drive you mad. I got my Sinestro today haven't had a chance to break him out of his packaging yet.
