Well, you can't have good without evil, so here's the ying to the yang. Gotta say this is a very tough category for me but for one figure that stands out and it's Qui-Gon. Face looks great, excellent Liam Needson likeness, but when I see Legolas have hair over the fronts of his shoulders and Qui-Gon does not, I gotta be a little bothered by that. If it were a technical challenge I could be ok with it, but he almost never had all of his hair behind him, and seeing another figure with almost identical hair style have it as it should be, got to me a bit, so he loses for that.

I felt (though I love most of what Oluf does) that Qui-Gon was the only sculpt that needed to grow on me. Something about Liam Neeson's face is really tough to capture.

Agreed, but who nose what that illusive feature is :)

Definitely Fat-Head Han Solo. I almost sent mine back but have since dremeled his cheeks and jowl and repainted him. He's much better now but it was a lot of work on my part to fix what should have been done right to begin with.

I went with Kit because I don't like the mouth they went with. Han looks like Ford to me.

I love all the SW 12" figs...but as far as head sculpts I was really torn between Han and Qui-Gon. I could deal with Han and his head sculpt. If I could deduct points from the head down, then Han would take this category. After seeing Qui-Gon on display, there was something not right that I couldn't figure out and came to the conclusion that his head sculpt was thrown off a bit due to his the position of his hair. Therefore, my vote is for Qui-Gon.

I dont really think that there was a "worst" out of the SW line. I think they were all great sculpts but I guess to me Luke and Han both come to mind. I never really like Lukes "surprised" sculpt, and Han looks a bit chubby. Not sure who is the worst of the 2, but I voted Luke since Han was getting so many votes.

Just gonna say ditto to my other post.

I don't think any of them where really bad. Certain things I might want to have seen different. Since you must choose one in this poll I went with what I said I did.

This is a rough poll, but much as I love Mace, he just seems.....small. If he had been a little more to scale with the others, he would never be here. But it is how it is, and it's just a little small for me. Sorry Mace!

Yeah, Harrison has really put the mileage on lately. I wish they'd just forget about Indy 4.

Had to put Han. I don't think it is that bad, and the likeness inproves 100 fold when the hair is painted brown. But he is the weakest of the SW figures.

One good thing about Han, though I don't know if it was intent or mishap, was not painting his hairline a bit, I think part of why the prototype shots looked so chubby was the sharp hairline making his upper head seem really small compare to his cheeks. Even with the hair color, I dig it.

Almost went with Solo..but when I look at DarkArtist's handywork at a repaint, I see that the sculpt is there (same with Anakin).

I agree with Maulfan...it's the hair on Qui-Gon that takes away from the figure. As he points out, Legolas has the same "hair issue" but it looks fine sculpted hanging in the front. If Jinn had the same style of sculpt, it would have been perfection....

As is, it's just...really good.

I think the downer isn't even that the sculpt is persay bad or not Qui-Gon, but that hair, it's such a key trait it'd almost be like Maul without horns.
