I recommend Rorywan mods. He did a fantastic job taking this from a meh figure to one of the best pieces in my collection.

You are comparing the wrong snake.....The hot toys figure is based on Naked Snake/Big boss, not Solid Snake. It is not a bad sculpt.

Ok....I am gonna open a can o' worms here....I know the thread is "worst toys head sculpt", but if some of these sculpts were painted a little better, would you change your mind on who you listed as "worst"?

It was pretty good for the period it came out. At least the likeness was closer than the first Rambo.

interestingly, I don't think HT could get John Hurts image rights for the Kane figure, so HT sculpted Jon Finch who was originally going to be Kane but he had to pull out of the film at the last minute.
