Would anyone else like SS to make a 12 inch Blackhole Stormtrooper?

I didn't even know these guys existed since shortly before the GG minibust debacle (count me as one of the many pre-order casualties) but as EU troopers they look darn cool and go way back to early newspaper comic strips. Behold:

The strips were later collected in trade paperbacks by Dark Horse (as posted on rebelscum):

I'd probably pick one of these bad boys up! (To actually keep and not just immediately flip on ebay.)

Note that I didn't say, "Would you like SS to do a Blackhole Stormtrooper NEXT?" or "instead of your favorite character"

I said would you like one. All they have to do is make a Stormtrooper (hopefully one is already in the pipeline for next year) then paint it black to make the Blackhole variety.

Maybe give them a different gun or accessory depending on what they used in the comics.

I'm only intrested in Stormtroopers from the movies. I don't like the Clone Troopers being so many different colors so a black Stormie is not something I'd be bothered about buying.

I've got several of the Hasbro ones on order....so....Hell yeah! I'd buy at least 2 of them. I'm big on the army building, and the expanded universe could always use some more love from us, ya know?

I read that he's an "Imperial Knight" from Dark Horse's new Star Wars: Legacy stories, set 100 years after Luke. The Imperial Knights are "grey" Jedi who owe their allegiance solely to the Empire. I just like the visual of a stormtrooper in red with a lightsaber and a cape.

Seriously, all of the fervor over that silly Black Hole Stormtrooper Gentle Giant bust did nothing but solidify my contempt that kind of stuff.

Contempt for what? EU? Extremely limited editions? Things that are black?

In general I don't like EU either but something from the "vintage" era of comics usually gets a pass from me. The EU I have little to no interest in is pretty much everything from those first Timothy Zahn books to the present (not counting the fantastic Clone Wars cartoons.)
