Would you buy figures from Christopher Nolan's Inception?

To me, Hot Toys price is too expensive for figure of guy in suit with gun. I prefer small company like VTS, who produces Stone Cold Killer (Sin City Hartigan), to make them.

If it came with both his regular suit and his snow sniper suit, it might be cool. It would have to come with a lot of accessories for me to get it.

I would say yes, I know it seems a little simple but I would love a version of Cobb (full likeness) with a black suit, gloves and a silenced pistol.

Yeah, it's just a simple, damn good look.

I also liked Arthur's attire during the hotel scene sequences.

love the movie and figures would rock, but with the amount of stuff hot toys is coming out with i'm hoping other makers would release them. too many releases from too many different manufacturers makes a grown man cry :lol

Not opposed to it, but I don't personally feel the need to have any merchandise from it. I think Heat and Carlito's Way are the only instances where I'd want figures of guys in suits.

cant think of any accessories that can come with him, besides maybe the sniper rifle and the snow suit. other then that, its just gonna dicaprio in a business suit, not a very interesting figure

I can understand where people are coming from when they say they don't like figures of guys in suits simply becasue they're not visually interesting but for me when I look at a figure regardless of if it has cool weapons or tentacles sticking out of it's face as long as I remember the character as being someone I thought was interesting or " bad ass " I'll love the figure.
Hell , all my favorite figures are just guys in normal outfits really.

Death sentence Nick Hulme , NCFOM Anton , Leon , Man on fire.
If you didn't know who the characters were and they wern't holding weapons they could be my scaled figures of relatives or something. :lol

I could have countless figures of predators that were in the movie for 2 minutes but personally I wouldn't get any satisfaction from them. It's a matter of taste I guess.

I would definitely buy a Cobb in black suit/gloves/silenced pistol
Arthur from the weightless scene.
Eames from the snow level.

You bet I would. The dream machine could be something to come with it. Multiple outfits. Different guns throughout.

I'm in.

For me it's not that a guy in a suit is not worthy of a figure, but the fact that even though the movie was OK IMO (not bad but nothing fantastic as I thought the idea was nice but all in all semi-predictable outcome and it made you think a lot less than you'd expect it to) the characters are simply not memorable or iconic enough to warrant figures.

One of my favorite guy in suit figures is Tom Cruise from Collateral, a classic example of a case where the character is better than the movie.

The actors in the film were all fine but the movie is about the idea and not the characters.

I haven't seen the film yet, but yeah... I might be interested! Trailers look great so far! :rock

I just saw the film, and YES I would be interested!

It's just like someone posted earlier; that it's also about the characters represented on the shelf and not just how awesome they look.
So what if you get some figures in suits. The characters looked cool wearing those in the film, they'll look cool in figure form on the shelf :rock

One could even argue that the recently announced Platoon figure, is just Charlie Sheen in an army suit... same thing, but apparently army-suits are cooler to look at :lol

stunning film. an instant favourite, but i probably wouldn't buy figures from it. i just can't see the possibility for any interesting looking figures.

^^Agreed

I don't think Inception figures would be that interesting IMHO....they're just dudes (and a chick) in suits.

But I would buy the top prop. :rock

Ummm nope I would not as it is complicated movie and it will be all the more complicated to collect complicated figurines of complicated subject. :lol:lol
