I would buy several characters if they were made well: Snape, Lupin, Black, Harry, Hermione, Ron, Luna and Dumbledore for sure.

Only if they were done accurately, that is to say in scale. The problem is that with the three kids, being teenagers, they are simply not the same height or size as adults. So HT or whoever did it would have to adapt a body or build a new one. I wouldnt want a fit muscled 12" body like the new life one used for Harry. Hell even for the likes of voldemort he needs to be skinny like a sideshow body.

But done well i'd be interested to see what could be done.

I dunno bout that one those rockys figs sold fast and still are.(rockys fans are not as vocal as HP fans maybe?And rocky is a better franchise than HP IMO.(i can see ron, hermoine(spelling) and harry sitting in warehouses for months while all the few cool HP figs sold out voldemort lucis etc.)

See with rocky,every fig at least has a coolness to em.With ron and harry etc.not so much

After thinking about it a bit, I have decided I wouldn't want any good HP 1:6 figs until all the movies have been released. Not sure I want 7 different version of each character.

Harry sitting in a warehouse? Just try to find one of the first GG busts of Harry...insane! Assuming the sculpts were up to their current output, I would probably buy Hot Toys figs of the three kids, Hagrid, and you-know-who. I love the books, and the movies get better each time out. Only the first one was lame.

I miss Richard Harris, though. I think Gambone as his replacement was a mistake.

Me too. I'd definitely be in for Harry, Ron, Hermione, Snape and Voldemort... and possibly more. And a 1:6 Hagrid would be a real centerpiece figure.

I know for sure my family would buy any and everything they made. I myself am not a big HP fan, but I would love a Dumbledore, but only Richard Harris from the first two movies. I don't like the new guy.
