For your sake I hope someone outbids you. No way you're going to resell it to make the money back.

:lol

I know when to quit, trust me. I'm not winning. I bumped it up to 600. I thought about trying to bump it up higher but that's too risky.

MJ and Bruce Lee are a couple guys that fans go nuts over. I'm sure once they saw the $400+ opening bid they'd just assume that's what something like that costs.

The repaint looks better than the original. Dont see what your talking about sir.

I think the question was whether it looks $400 better than the original (its up to $612). I wouldn't pay $612 for Michael Jackson's actual head ... then again, I'm not much of a Jackson fan.

It does not surprise me that collectors get this rabid over something. Hell, Hot Toys Hicks was going for like $1,200.00 for a short time...without a repaint. This is pretty tame by comparison.

This is done by artist Noel Cruz. He has a big following and he usually repaints Tonner dolls (quite amazingly I might ad). His stuff typically sells for much higher than this so it's not surprising to me. People that are into the custom Tonnor and Obitsu art will pay more money for these repaints than just about any other collectors out there.

Did you read the description on that one?

This one-of-a-kind hand repainted doll is a former 16-inch Alice Cullen doll. This doll art includes the following features:

full facial repaint, completely precision hand repainted featuring three dimensional repaint/shading/highlighting on eyes, eyebrows, and lips to faithfully transform the doll into the likeness of Ashley Greene as vampire Alice Cullen in New Moon

hair has been reworked to more accurately replicate Alice Cullen's hair style.

manicure and pedicure

paint-enhanced breasts

repainted areas are sealed using artist-grade acrylics and sealers

Tonner box with doll stand included"

Some shut-in probably paid $1900 so he can sit in his basement and oogle the 1/6 ****s of the chick from Twilight.
