It's just a concept art by the way, they always have a lot of added stuff that doesn't make it into the sculpt, like the surroundings of the base, backgrounds and such... the Venom concept art was the same, but the final base is nowhere as busy. Sometimes is for the better, sometimes not (i.e. I really liked the "gear" base that was in the Classic IM concept).
Even for XM, a half meter tall base with all those parts sculpted around, I like to think it would be too much. I hope so.
The Kuchareks did the artwork too so I expect they already have in mind how to translate it into the sculpt, I've recently seen a custom Batman statue that has all rogues elements added to the base without being invasive - I'm going by memory but it had the face of the gargoyle painted with the Joker's colors, a plant of Ivy on one side and others I can't recall... it can be done.
Guess we'll se when the first 3D wips surface, not in a hurry to spend money so if they don't nail the statue, it's all money saved after all.
