Update but really I don't feel him like 100% classic is like a mix between classic and 90 ironman what u guys think, but look really nice :) is time to update my ironmans preorder :p

Most of XM marvel stuff I can find things to like or really like.... I don't think this one looks good at all. As others have mentioned, Anatomy is weird. Congrats to those who like him though.

First of all now that a better pic has surfaced and even better ones to come this weekend....the anatomy is not off. It did look like the bicep overlapped the elbow initially, but now you can see it does not. What gives that appearance, and what I think needs to be altered, is the wrist gauntlet. It needs to be shortened because right now, it is too long and gives the appearance of chicken feet. But you can clearly see the bicep does not overlap.

The base a WIP and more than likely will NOT have the circular round base. But hey....all you negative nancys...let's talk about all the positive things...oh wait that's not gonna happen because of the negative nancys....lol.

Anyways, portrait is a perfect Tony Stark comic inspired headsculpt. The pose is pretty boss (although admittedly it does have the one leg up thing), a whole switch out torso, cool looking Ultron scrap which will tie in nicely with the XM Ultron in the pipeline. The armor is cool and classic inspired (70s 80s) yet infused with a modern touch. The proportions are right on the money. Remember in the comics the favorite classic armor is skin tight on Tony, and quite honestly its more bulkier than the IM MK 7 some of you are so high on.

Maybe it's just me....maybe I need better glasses....maybe...maybe I just the know WTF I'm talking about.:wink1: Have a nice day everyone! :wave

I agree with you about the bicep... Upon closer look it seems to be correct... I still think the left hands looks too big but that could be the angle. I agree with you about the gauntlets.... My biggest issue is that I think he looks more like a Marvel Villain and not Iron Man... It's something about the pose and the base... I know people like it because they think he looks bad ass... I think he looks like Evil Iron man... It would somehow work better for Ultron.. Gap between his legs seems too wide also (what the hell am I looking at??) but it is supposed to be an Iron Suit so I guess it's Ok... Just looks blocky and off to me..

I am sure paint apps will really bring this too life though.

Yep. That comic stark HS sold me on this.

This effort does not live up to the original concept art. Base is great, IM is just plain bad.

I think it looks awesome. I gotta pass on this one but I sure would b happy to have him in my collection

They are still tweaking this and taking feedback which is awesome news, as it will continue to get better and better.

Looks nice but his neck seem so small for a real person to fit in. Not interested in classic and/or possible movie version anyway.

And they need to make Ultron more metallic in surface. It look like its made of clay and about to fade back into the earth, compared to the fine finish of IM.

Why isn't anyone taking a picture of him from his right side? I've been waiting to see that angle just to check out his right arm.
