The classic suit has weird proportions by design due to the way the armor is skin tight in some portions and thicker/plaqued in others.
Especially the lower leg length and head-to-shoulders ratio are quite spot on, check here:

Head(s) size(s) look correct to me considering the thickness of the armored torso (compare it to the Sideshow bronze IM):
Lastly, the foot. I'd need to see a clear picture of the other foot, the one on the ground, but judging from what we got my impression is that the foot is not short. The foot plaque has been sculpted upwards to follow the foot's angle on the rock, like if the plaque is sliding upwards to allow the foot to have that direction. I circled that portion on the left foot and then on the right foot and it seems to me that the right foot has a flat/extended plaque, if that's the case it definitely is intentional and adds to the impression of a mechanized suit. I always appreciate some good realistic physics added to a sculpt. Otherwise, if the right foot has an upwards plaque too, then yes it could use some tweaking.
