The classic suit has weird proportions by design due to the way the armor is skin tight in some portions and thicker/plaqued in others.
Especially the lower leg length and head-to-shoulders ratio are quite spot on, check here:

Head(s) size(s) look correct to me considering the thickness of the armored torso (compare it to the Sideshow bronze IM):

Lastly, the foot. I'd need to see a clear picture of the other foot, the one on the ground, but judging from what we got my impression is that the foot is not short. The foot plaque has been sculpted upwards to follow the foot's angle on the rock, like if the plaque is sliding upwards to allow the foot to have that direction. I circled that portion on the left foot and then on the right foot and it seems to me that the right foot has a flat/extended plaque, if that's the case it definitely is intentional and adds to the impression of a mechanized suit. I always appreciate some good realistic physics added to a sculpt. Otherwise, if the right foot has an upwards plaque too, then yes it could use some tweaking.

Yeah, for comic based statues I'm not looking for perfect proportions. As long as it looks badass that's all that matters.

I agree with Mule (Great post, BTW).

The proportions are spot on ....or if not, very close to it. The proportions on the initial 3D rendering were definitely off. But this final 3D rendering ...with the adjustments made ...has one of the best proportions. This is easily one of the best Classic Ironman so far.

And of course there's Ebay.

And some of the collectors on this forum will end up selling theirs here as well.

Nice! The slit opening at the mouth, contoured gold armor at the arms and legs, with red gloves and boots... this is going to be awesome!

Loving it so far. The weathering flows well with the post-battle scene of the base imho
