Just got mine, and this is my first XM piece. I was skeptical because of the price, but holy ****, this thing is a masterpiece! So happy I got it :yess:

Congrats! :rock

How much do you folks from the US usually have to pay for shipping from XM btw? Just curious, cos I know shipping rates from my country are C-R-A-Z-Y and I mean that with every fibre of my being.

I wasn't fortunate enough to get a PO for this originally, so I got it off ebay. I paid $1350 shipped with coin. Pretty good deal if you ask me, not too much over original price + shipping.

Depending on where you live, an XM distributor quoted me $250 for shipping to California from Singapore for the new Venom 1/4 that they are making.

Is $1,340 a good price on this guy?

I really like it, just not sure if i'm about to pay an inflated price and if there's other places that have it for cheaper...

I see.

I'll think about it, while not a huge fan of anything marvel, Wolvie is just too iconic not to own it, and there isn't anything out there as cool as this one IMO.

Well, If you miss out on this one you could always get the new SS version that comes out next year lol...

Going rate buy him for that same as what I paid.

Wow looks great! Must feel great to have the XM statues! I will open my first soon. It's wolverine!

Ok here's my box that came in 2 days ago for wolverine. I have been busy working so no time to open the box until a couple more days when I'm off. Doesn't look good so far for my first XM expierence. The box came from a 7 inch flood. Even the carrier said hmm looks like something broke because the box is so mess up. Just happen to be my most expensive statue second to thanos that came looking worst than anything I got before. I took out the back XM box and wow it feels so solid that it seems indestructible. Never knew they can make the boxes so solid like this. The corners are protected like a treasure chest. Lol after seeing the packaging everything else looks so cheap now. Makes me think why others don't do this? But anyways my first XM pics of the box. The black box seems ok but o really hope nothing is cracked or broken inside. I will check on my day off inside. Kind of worried but have faith in XM packaging. Looks amazingly solid from the exterior. Just by looking at the black box I can already tell it feels so different and luxury to have it packed in such high quality materials. You can tell the water was high flooding the box about serveral in es by the water stain levels going around the entire bottom of the box. Someone's ware house or basement must have been flooded. Must be usps because they shipped it to me. The seller wouldn't ship a wet box like this if he did the post office wouldn't accept it.

You have time to take pictures of the brown shipper box but not 5 mins to take the XM box out and look inside to make sure the statue is ok? That's crazy...

First off, hope the statue is not damaged. Second, as noted above why haven't you opened to check it out yet? You've posted this one 2 forums but haven't opened it?

It takes lots of time to open and inspect all the many parts I got this while I was getting ready to leave for work. Cutting the tape and pulling things out takes lots of patience to handle things slowly and safely. That's why I decide to wait instead of risking to break something. I will open and inspect on my next day off. The black box looks ok but I will know soon. If this comes out good then the XM packing is what save this. I will looked closer to see if the water got inside or damage the black box the next day or so.

There's no tape. Just 2 very sturdy velcro straps. Remove the top of the black box, pull the 2 straps open, lift the styro off, and you are in. It takes about a minute to open this up for inspection. You have time after work. Stop being a drama queen and inspect it. I hope it isn't damaged and your first XM experience is a good one. Don't forget to ask for a replacement cardboard shipping box. :lol

He's right, CBG. You definitely need the cardboard box. Gotta display this masterpiece like you do all your others....
