Based on the video it appears each eye comes out so the battery is easily replaceable. The lights also flash giving it a short circuited vibe.

I got in on the Dani OCeann Marvel vs Capcom Wolverine sculpted by Sosa. If that turns out as good as I think, that may be my yellow Wolverine and instead of the XM. But we'll see. Both are a ways away. The brown wolverine's pose is pretty damn cool though.
