There's enough demand from outside retailers that all 800 of these orders could have been fulfilled on day one. XM is allowing us the collectors to get our hands on one prior to distributing the requested amounts amongst their various retailers.

What I'm insinuating is XM has enough distributers to sell out of all of these on day 1. They have more demand then actual supply. If they filled all of the retailers "requested" orders there would be nothing left. Think about it bro. They now have the ability to distribute in Europe fulfilling yet another large continent and customer base. They can distribute direct in 5 different countires. They have two resellers that help distribute worldwide including facilitating orders to you, myself, and others in the U.S. If XM allowed the retailers to fulfill their desired orders prior to the actual collectors first these would already be sold out on XMs website. I'm not inferring that picking these up from another retailer weeks from now is not probable. Someone just recently bought a Magneto as a package deal from one. However if we're actually referring to the true meaning of "sold out" XM is sold out of everything moving forward. Sold out at a factory level

They might be waiting for their middle man to give them a solid number of how many statues they will get before putting them up.

I don't think this one will sell quite as fast as Magneto, Hawkeye is still for sale on XM site.... With Magneto he was sold out on XM site within a few hours of release. I have a feeling Hawkeye will be around for a few months before a complete sell out...

The only statues I think people will need to worry about are Wolverine, Thanos and Phoenix if it gets approved, I have a feeling those will sell quickly... Hell if Phoenix gets approved I have a felling that will sell out even faster then Magneto.

The only reason Cap stayed around so long was XM was a new company and they had yet to build a reputation. I will be shocked if Hawkeye is around that long.

All XM statues will sell out. Now that there rep is spreading to the collecting community their pieces won't even last two weeks. Look at their site, everything is sold out or low stock.
