Will be and impressive display! This is not an overly complicated sculpt or pose so I actually would not mind if he has a hollow cavity. Granted the outer layer and base have adequate thickness. Still quite a bit to pack so maybe it will ship in two boxes.

It's not a weight/worth thing for me. It's just less chance of future problems with a solid piece.

Eh, don't be so dramatic, people . If XM makes it solid, I'm fine with that. If they make it partially hollow, and don't feel the need to create essentially a giant brick of polystone, just for the sake of making it solid, I'm OK with that too. My thoughts about their quality would not change a bit.

Exactly. If it's solid--fine. If it's not solid--fine. I don't invite people into my room and have them pick up statues to feel how heavy they are so a hollow base isn't going to matter to me. Maybe for some people a hollow base would shatter their faith in XM putting out quality statues. Seems like there are also a lot of people who have opinions about XM statues being the "best" but never buy one or give opinions about what XM should change for a statue they're never going to get anyway. The only thing I care about is if I'm satisfied with it when it shows up.
