They're both valid points imho. If I was in the US I'd probably give priority to other stuff too.
Yes I see it, even if I don't consider it something to blame on the company, that's just something people need to accept when they try to buy stuff that's simply not meant for their area. It's not pleasant at all of course, but at a certain point people must understand that blaming the extra costs on the company is pointless.
The bigger the piece the harder it is to do crazier dynamic poses. Takes up more space and people are already complaining about how much space larger scale pieces with museum poses take up.
