Ok, man I thought I could skip this Batman line, if I get her I definitely want Bats too...and then the Yakuza joker
I love this but I can't see it ending up in my collection, as I'd never pay more than $550 total for it--even and especially with the bike taking so much space--and the all-black paint scheme plays down the Japanese theme too much to differentiate it from TDKR Selina. Whereas with the Gotham City Garage piece, you'd have to explain to someone that it was supposed to be Catwoman, this one you'd have to explain why the sculptor sexed up the Anne Hathaway costume. "Look closer; it's Japanese inspired," you'd say. "Sure it is, perv," would be your response.
Try displaying Power Girl for your friend when they come over then.
"Xm 1/4 scale Catwoman ...color render done by Marthin.....enjoy..
(Color subject to changes)" XM FB
Totally true, although PG kind of gets away with it by not being in as much of a pin-up pose. The first Sideshow Catwoman gets me into enough trouble for that reason. I actually caught my cable repair guy trying to cop a feel one time.
Ur cable guy is one kinky dude
The only thing that could've made that visit more awkward was if he tested the picture quality using Taxicab Confessions.
It's sad because I am buying these (admittedly mostly) for the characters. I love PG from the Justice Society and JLE comics and Darwyn Cooke's Catwoman is one my favorite mainstream comic runs.
Beautiful! Praying this piece comes out exactly like that rendering ...portraits and all. As well as the paint app on the portraits. I know XM has the skills, so that's a relief.
