Sounds good, but wow will this wipe out a bunch of other things I want. I want to see how it turns out, but by then it might be a bit late. Decisions, decisions.

I feel like if the production paint app is stellar, it might be a bit before another mass produced Magneto even sniffs this .....

Same here, I've been unloading some pieces I have and cancelling a bunch of PO's to free up funds for this and their Mk 7.

I would not be surprised if SS isnt feverishly working on a Magneto now. Granted even if they are I don't think this XM version can be topped.

Definitely, the more XM release, this thread will be split 50:50 XM and SS statues being discussed. SS feels their market being tested for sure.

If they haven't noticed the huge quality freight train passing through their front yard then SS is ignorant. They've noticed buddy. Now let's hope SS responds with some high QC focus. XM will only make SS better in the long term. Unless of course SS is complacent being in 2nd place . (I doubt it but maybe at $400 bucks a pop they're ok with hoping we keep what gets sent) My most two recent marvel purchases via SS have been a disaster. It's pretty bad when im crossing my fingers as a new processing notice shows up. I shouldn't he hoping my next purchase shows up looking similar to the pictures that originally inspired me to buy it in the first place. And I'm not talking professional paint. Just paint without the major blemishes, cracks, and an abundance of bleeding lines

Oh they've noticed alright... Noticed that we're paying $800 for a statue. Soon Sideshow will increase the price of a premium format by $100 then $200 while the QC stays the same or gets even worse, haha

You're probably right and that's t he only thing they'll notice....ugh.

I wouldn't be surprised if they publicized a digital render that has been rotting in a folder as a .jpg file somewhere for a decade, but feverishly working on a new one I'd be really surprised.

Only 1/4 statue I had (unfortunately) was the Venom. Not much of a 1/4 collector but damn..
