I personally prefer the same too. Fabric capes are too much of a hassle and to get them to display properly is a pita - for me at least.

Im actually ok without the sculpted cape. When it's sculpted like Batman and superman that takes up a lot of display real estate and makes the statues very heavy

I prefer EVERYTHING to be fully sculpted. I'm extremely grateful XM delivers in that department. The option of being able to collect 1/4 fully sculpted pieces is a dream come true. I hope XM NEVER puts out a mm piece. Not one.

Agreed, I don't like fabric on my statues at all. At first I was ok with it but not anymore, Deadpool PF is the most I would want on a statue. Even my Batman PF will most likely get this conversion, black instead of blue and keep the original bat symbol.

Woah this redo is amazing. I would love to do that to my Batman, but keep it black. Like the blue but prefer the dark knight be dark.

It does look really nice that sculpted Batman. I love how it pops but I still prefer the one on the left. The fabric is perfect once your fixed the pits (like in the picture on the left)

Plus the fabric SS use now seems so much better compared to the fabric they used to use on like say the Wolverine PF for example. Which personally I wasn't keen on

I don't know the one on the right just looks a bit too detailed for my tastes. It's like his top is actually his skin

But that's just my opinion

I agree with you, that's why Spazzy is adding folds into my Batman PF so it looks like an actual costume and not painted skin....

The fabric is done very well, no denying that. It does look a whole lot better once the saggy pits are fixed.
