Yeah, I haven't seen anything posted. But, then again, they haven't posted Catwoman's either and her PO closed down two weeks before Ivys.

Could be, but, logically, it shouldn't be. They both had a two week window to accept orders, both through XM's site and online retailer orders. The PO was then closed. Although I'm not quite sure how that works with people who make-believe pre-ordered two years ago through a convention or through a middleman.

I understand that, and I agree with your line of thinking. The other thing to consider is this is a new method of ordering that XM is doing and they are figuring out how to implement this just as well. I suspect that as they do a few more releases, the window will shorten up between us ordering and then seeing the actual ES.
