Jay, I gotta say that the XM Punisher looks nice, but to me it's a whole lotta bike and accessories. I know they can pull it off, but Dammit the SS Punisher comi is absolutely stellar. Nuff love

IMO it will and now it looks like we're all at a stalemate.

Just buy what you like and enjoy. I had the comiquette and really liked it. I sold it because it was a bit small and i don't regret it to be honest. I'm getting this one if the paint is great because from what i can see so far i love it.

I agree with you. The COM is truly a special piece. I don't know what Punisher statue can ever top it but IMO, it won't be this XM Punisher.

We have not seen the finished product yet. When it's released this has a lot of potential with switch outs that normally is very good with XM. Punisher is a male character so chances of getting a needed improved head is slim. Once it's done with all the tweaking this can be a force to be wrecking with in the statue industry. I just hope xm takes the time to do this justice in every way instead of rushing it out.

For me personally, none of that matters. I don't like the pose, I don't like the bike itself, nor the calm demeanor of his face. This is not saying the statue looks horrible, it's just not my cup of tea. I like the MASSIVE musculature of the COM and the bad ass pose as well as the ridiculously detailed sculpt. Like I already said, I've got the Punisher statue I want in my collection already and I'm EXTREMELY happy with it regardless of how others feel about it.

Really well said mate. Like i say i sold my Punisher because it wasn't 1/4 scale. I've also sold all my Bowen and Hot Toys. Just sticking with 1/4 now.

I've sold just about all of my COMs as well to focus on 1/4 pieces. However, I have Frank lined up right next to my Deadpool PF and he fits in perfectly with Wade. Scale isn't an issue when he's displayed with the slightly smaller PFs from SSC. Besides, he just looks like a straight BEAST so I couldn't sell him anyway. Here's hoping this XM Punisher is a great fit for you since you sold off the COM and want a 1/4 Punisher in your collection.

Black Panther is the one i've been waiting for. I hope they nail it. It's looking good so far.

I could make a list of some tens of statues that are better than the Punsher Comiquette under every single aspect. If you meant "one of the best Punisher statues ever produced", then of course I agree. And I agree that it would be nice if people waited for the final product (at least a painted proto) before making comparisons like if they were facts, but I would take CBG's words with a grain of salt.
