I know that's not the best pic but she sorta looks bland and the head sculpt looks too hard/not as beautiful compared to the teaser. Maybe better pics will change my mind...

I'd agree with that.
From this angle & distance the face looks angry not happy like the teaser.

Hopefully we'll see some better shots soon

Not a fan of the headsculpt, needs to be better for that price. Call me crazy but I'd actually like a bigger base with more snow around it

Could be more snow, yes. But the crystals could be more light blue. Ice blue.
The base looks different than what was shown before - thanks nearmint.
And yes, face needs to be tweaked.

Yup ...to me, its the lips. Looks like she is sporting duck lips.

And did they forget to paint her lips? I don't see any difference in color between lips and face.
