I like the design and sculpt of this guy, a whole lot. More than Prime 1's. But the poses - especially the gun in the air - look awkward. Hopefully they get tweaked, because the the more I see of this guy, the less I want him.

The lower gun pose needs to be tweaked just a bit lower so it looks like he has a more natural shooting position. And I agree, the gun in the air arm just looks odd. Would look better if his head was posed to follow his rifle.

The arm in the air does look a little strange, maybe to orchestrate movement. I prefer the arm were his holding it lower. But I don't believe that one needs tweaking at all. Again I think it demonstrates movement rather that aim and shoot. I kinda understand what they were going for. But good points. Maybe an alternate head to follow the rifle would make it more natural I agree with.

No exact dimensions yet, but he's big.

Yeah I think he is very close to a 1/3rd from what I'm hearing. The price on this is very expensive also. But when you compare him to wait P1 are charging it makes perfect sense!

Also factor in all the Switch outs bumps that price to what it is now.

While I love the statue and will still be getting Prime, I am very disappointed in hearing that XM has decided to include the alternate arm with other TFs produced down the line.
