Mine has to be the T-800 Lifesize bust.

Its a tough call, Jabba set-up is very pimp and so many of their figures are favorirtes... but something about having Dracula, Vlad and Nosferatu on a shelf is very satisfying to me:

That is the 2001 release of the Unifive Godphoenix from the 1972-74 anime Gatchaman. It's die-cast and has working compartments for each team member's vehicle, plus a vinyl shell shaped like a firebird that fits over the ship to display it in its ultimate weapon form. It also has retractable landing gears, folding wings, opening/closing vents (it was submersible; their base was under water), and a bird-missle that extends from the deck.

I don't even want to think about what collectibles I would try to save if my house were burning. I think I'd get the cat out and then ask the firemen to form a bucket brigade to pass them to safety.
