Your First Custom Figure

I thought this would be pretty cool, especially to see how far some of us have come in the hobby. So post a picture of your very first custom. Heres mine, random Airborne bash inspired by Band of Brothers when it first came out.

My first custom was my bash at the sideshow jason part2. i didnt like how it looked, the sack was bad aswel so i swaped bodys, new boots, altered the sack and added blood and dirt to the hands,ax and overalls.

My first completed figure was this zombie jock... had a few more I started earlier; but that was the first finished figure:

I haven't done many custom figures, but my this was my first...

Looking at it now, I think I might replace the body and the boots.
Maybe one day I'll even get round to finishing my Willard figure.

My first custom, and my only completed one. I have a couple more in the works, but they're all waiting on heads.

Hitman, Agent 47. First attempt using a medicom body, SS Skinner suit and twilight chrome .45's. Head was just soft clay I molded over top of the original generic medi one and painted. I actually really liked how the Medi body made him look so stylized.

My most recent attempt (still a WIP, same Twilight chromed out .45's but otherwise completely different stuff) :

That's awesome. Serang hinted that he might do a Martin Sheen from Apocalypse Now. Would love to bash a Kurtz some day as well.
