Theoretically, you could represent the entire PT with the single figure of Jar Jar.

Jar Jar is the humor and the pain of the trilogy. He is the symbolic representative in so many ways of what went wrong. The fact that Lucas insists he doesn't listen to fans and yet relegated Jar Jar to a very distant back seat for the other two sequels says alot about how he doesn't listen.

Of course a big issue is price. There are a lot of other figures I would like, but at $200 or more each I probably wouldn't even buy all of the figures listed above much less characters beyond what is listed.

Wouldn't Jabba have to be made of some kind of rubber, which could deteriorate after time? I think I would pass on a Jabba figure.

Does anyone think that looks like a Death Star Trooper on the top? Has that shoulder pad like the Shadowtrooper so it's probably that, but the reflection off the mirror looked like his helmet was different and longer in the back like those troopers manning/firing the Death Star. Oh wells, haha.
