Picked up Ice Age and Ice Age 2 at Target for $12.99 each. Can't get much better than that. Still waiting for a deal on Toy Story and Toy Story 2 since I missed the preorder madness.

YEAH WTF!? Well Nemo I can wait on, but where is the INCREDIBLES!

My favorite test for my home theater is Dash running through the forest vs those flying saucers. Amazing surround test and a nice way to check that your bass isn't too loud when the saucers blow up.

That would be quite a treat for any SS system! :rock

Bring on Incredibles blu!

Incredibles is my all time favorite of the new era Disney movies...

I do look forward to Nemo as well .. the colors will be amazing.

I was hoping that I could recoup some of the cost of the Toy Story blu-rays by selling my Ultimate Toybox Edition, but it looks like I'll have to hang onto it as well.

There have apparently been subtle changes made to the movies, including changed dialogue where Woody calls Buzz Light "Beer" - it's now Buzz Light "Snack". In addition, some of the extras from the Ultimate Toybox Edition have not been carried over to the blu-ray.

Looks like I won't be saving some space on my movie shelf after all. :(

Who told you that? I watched that section and he clearly says 'light beer'. And I didn't go through all the extras, but there are two menus of them - one for new blu extras, and one that's very full for extras from the past release.

I don't know about changes in the movie but it's been confirmed that a couple things from the Toy Box didnt make it to the blu-ray release.

I read it in the Amazon.com reviews.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good and bad in new version, October 9, 2005

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Toy Story (10th Anniversary Edition) (DVD)
if you already own Toy Story, you may be asking yourself if you want his new deluxe version. Well, there is good and bad in this version.
First the Good:
It looks and sounds great! If you have a good tv and sound system, it will be a nice bump from the first version.
A nice second disk of extras.
Now the bad:
They have made unadvertised changes in the movie. they have "cleaned it up" And example is in the original Woody purposefuly gets Buzz's name wrong. at one point he calls him "Buzz Light Beer." In the cleaned up version he now says "Buzz Light Snack." Ok, not a big change, but it does ruin the joke. It's not exactly the movie you remember.

EDIT: Never mind. Some of the posted comments contradict this person's claims. Apparently, Woody uses both names for Buzz at different points in the movie. Reviewer musta gotten confused.

I think I just got hozed at Best Buy. They said they had to take the Toy Story coupons off the MSR price (which they said was $29.99) each so I only really got $10 off total for both of them... I think I should have waited for the old guy. Oh well.

I think they might save one or both for next year for release along with Cars 2 (i think that's the Pixar movie for next year).

Oh man seriously? Cars 2? We can't get Incredibles 2 but we can get Cars 2 in the works right away (for Pixar).

Ridiculous.

2) Wall E

2) TS 1
3) Incredibles
4) Monster's Inc.
5) Bug's Life
