Guillermo del Toro had a signing this week at Amoeba Music in Los Angeles, and they were offering copies of the Blu-ray and DVD signed online for people not able to go.

My room used to be two but the people who lived here before tore the wall down so it became one big room with two doors. So my dad put a window in one of them and i figured the best way to get more space is to remove the window and put in a door and the other one get's closed and i can put shelfs up in front of it.

So now i got too much space and i get the urge to buy more movies to fill out the shelfs

Won Cronos on blu tonight on eBay for 24.50. Hope it's good, as I've never seen it.

My Black Friday Blu Rays have arrived from Amazon (except for 3 which just shipped on Monday) for around $60 shipped. I received:

Prince of Persia
Get Him To The Greek
Pineapple Express
Step Brothers
She's Out of My League

Alvin & the Chipmunks: Squeakquel

Makes me happy that I don't buy movies as often as I do. Going to do the same thing next year and wait for more Black Friday deals. These movies will get me through the winter . Here are the last 3 blu ray movies that I'm waiting to arrive from amazon (cost $21.50 total including shipping):

Superbad
Fanboys

Totally agree, I used to buy movies on day 1 and then a few weeks later it would go on sale or something depending on what it is. Im done with that stuff. I usually just wait for a good sale or if its something I want but dont care about having it on blu, but want it in the collection I might even pick it up used.

Exactly. I have been waiting at least a week. I have not been paying over $20 for anything.

E.g. Knight and Day... $19.99 last week or so on release. $15.99 last night.

Not Del Toro's best film (that was Pan's Labyrinth), but a good film nonetheless. I enjoyed it.

Pixar Steelbooks

More Steelbooks added to my collection. Couple more to go and I've got all the Pixar films in Steelbook Blu Ray.

Steelbook obsessed?? Yes! When it comes to certain valuable collections of films. Can't complain about great artwork with no crappy text on it, and nice metal collectible rare cases!

Just need Rataouille and Wall E and I'm caught up.
