Update: Blu-ray.com has heard from Disney directly about its recently released exchange program. They have passed along some additional information to try to answer some questions. Disney has recommended customers contact Disney Consumer Relations via email at
[email protected] for assistance with replacing the Blu-ray discs. Disney offers limited e-mail support on nights and weekends. Please supply the following information: full name, phone number, mailing address, Blu-ray stock number and Blu-ray lot number (found on the shiny side of the disc beginning with BVDL).
In response, Disney will send:
A pre-paid, return-mailing label which will pay for postage via USPS. An envelope will not be included.
A Product Information Form for all Blu-ray support that asks that the Blu-ray disc be returned in its case. However, for the purpose of this program, please ignore this message and only send disc 1.
Return the disc to Disney:
The disc can be placed in any type of package and does not need to be in a jewel or hard case.
Be sure to include the Product Information Form along with the disc as this will ensure the quickest processing time.
