Just got my X-men today. By far the best movie this last summer!

Not for me thats for sure. X-Men FC is a good movie but its not even close to the best movie this past summer.

Overall, I'd go with the last HP movie. Its not much ahead really if any of Thor which I love and Cap is really damn close behind Thor. So I'd put all three of them ahead of XFC for sure.

Dude, you and I need to talk!!! I went through the first 5 seasons in about a two-month span. I finished Season 5 in about a week....

I'm waiting to pick up Season 6 bright and early Tuesday, and finish it in time for the season premiere. I've been talking -jay-'s ear off. Don't ask me why I waited this long to watch the show, but it's INSANELY AMAZING!

My dad has been watching it since Day 1 and just shakes his head when I talk to him about it. He tells me: 'I'm been trying to tell you for years about this. And you don't listen.' (So true.)

I called him last night, and he says 'Can you call me back?' I said 'Why?' He says 'Supernatural is on.'

Do not hesitate to buy them all (or Netflix them.) I'll admit that I have been stuck in my Whedonverse ways for a long time. Between that and Smallville, I never really had any interest in Supernatural. Then, last season when Supernatural followed Smallville on Friday nights, I started catching a few episodes and thought....'This is pretty good. Hmmm.'

I got Season 1 as a gift, and from the first episode, it's been non-stop. I'm kind of embarrassed that I let this show slip below 'my radar' for so long.

I haven't been this refreshed by a show since Smallville first aired, 10+ years ago.

That's another show that I missed the boat on. Lots of people love it, but I've haven't 'caught the bug' yet. Supernatural is keeping me busy for now.

On a side note, I went to a convention last weekend and met a bunch of the Supernatural actors. (Cas, Bobby, Ellen, Anna, Crowley, and Alastair.) It was NUTS!!! Everything I was hoping they'd be.

Yep, sure was! But they charge an arm and leg they milk you man. Sam was very cool. He was funny and very open. Dean was polite but very quiet and reserved. Jared (Sam) was alot cooler.

Yeah, I've learned that goes with the territory. Cas was charging $50 for autos. That stuff adds up quick. I emailed Creation the other day and asked them if anything was planned for my area, but the rep said nothing yet. I may have to go on a road trip next year. Sounds like it was a blast! Congrats!
