I have far more interest in blu-ray dvd's now. They looked fine on my Sony player and 55" Sammy, but I still only bought them here and there...

No more. I'm putting in some finishing touches on my new HT tonight, and I gotta tell you - put a great blu-ray disc in a decent player (oppo bdp-83) with a great projector (JVC RS-25) on a manly screen (120" Carada) and you fully appreciate just how amazing the format is. Yowza!

So yea, I'll be buying an oodle of new blu-rays this weekend on Black Friday.

I finally picked up Cars and The Nightmare Before Christmas on Blu-ray.

I also got some DVDs of a few Christmas specials I haven't seen since I was a kid. Christmas Eve on Sesame Street, Pee Wee's Playhouse Christmas Special, and Ziggy's Gift.
