So far Targets got an exclusive but it's just a bonus DVD with 20 min of special features.

Spectre steel book at Best Buy. Hate to double dip (in the case of Casino Royale, triple dip), but I'm highly tempted to get the entire Daniel Craig run in steel book, especially since the older ones are $9.99 until the end of the week...

Hmmmm, I got the info from here:

And the link they supplied worked earlier this morning. The cover art was the basically the teaser poster, the Spectre logo with a bullet hole (some think it was place holder art.

Best Buy must have taken it down because I swore I saw it this morning.

EDIT: It looked the same as the one bates82 referenced.
