Once I'm done watching The Lost Room disc 2, I'll be watching Friday the 13th VII. :clap

Congrats on your new house btw

I'm broke because of mine. :rotfl

For me the first 4 movies are the best, in this order:

F1
F2
F4
F3

horror movies definately have become "scarier" or more "creepy" in this generation though.

Blair Witch
The Strangers
Paranormal Activity
Sinister
The Conjuring

All much more "scary" than the F13, Freddy, Leatherface, Myers movies.

But still, F13 1/2/3/4 are still fun to watch.

Actually, for its time F13 part 1 and Halloween 1 were indeed somewhat scary.

Halloween (original)
Friday the 13th (original)
Trick 'R Treat
Frankenstein
Dracula
The Wolfman
Invisible Man
Mummy
Bride of Frankenstein
Creature from the Black Lagoon
Son of Frankenstein
Frankenstein vs the Wolfman
White Zombie

Last year I got to see eight of these films on the big screen here in LA because the Motion Picture Academy did double features every Tuesday in October of the Uni Monster classics (for the 100th anniversary). Doubt I'll match that this year! But I own the Blu-Rays now so I can watch them all at home.

Trick R Treat, Creature, BStokers Dracula & new/old Wolfman are Halloween staples as well ... :rock

completely agree. Its designed solely around the Halloween vibe from a fan's perspective.
Great textbook Halloween flick .... :monkey1...

the nostalgia that comes from watching the Universal movies late at night in the dark is the best Halloween drug on the market .... :monkey1...
