God there are so many amazing games it is pretty hard to summarize all my favorite latest generation games into 5 but here goes...these are in order of my favorite being the first one listed and so on...and also I am referring to single player campaign only...I never play online that is just not my thing:
1. "Max Payne 3"...easily my favorite game of all time.
2. "the Last of Us"...playing this game right now for a third time after beating it first on Hard...then completing all progress to 100% by continuing and beating it again on Hard +...now playing this game again on Survivor mode. Yes I love this game so much it will take many play throughs to get this game out of my system.
3. A toss up between "Gears of War" and "RAGE"...played RAGE and beat it more times than I can count.
4. A toss up between "Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood" and "Silenthill: Downpour".
5. This would be a toss up between "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" and "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots"
I cannot wait for the new consoles to come out but must say that the current systems has put out some incredible games these past few years.
I did not really become a major gamer until the Xbox 360 and PS3 game out. Now I will be a gamer for life.
