I'm replaying Hitman Absolution now too I love just running around and causing mass amounts of mayhem- especially with the tomahawk in the courthouse

I'm only just up to the Courthouse mission. I like to play the game in short bursts maybe once a month.

I'm assuming that you haven't played any of the previous Hitman games so no wonder it's weird for you

If you want a kinda-spoilery explanation of 47 then see below... it won't affect Absolution's plot at all, just 47's backstory...

The Agency is a global conglomerate of assassins who all work at client's requests for big money. 47 is a special breed of assassin because he was part of a cloning project that the Agency built to create a 'super' breed of 47s (the barcode on the back of 47's head was used to identify him during the cloning process).

To make it short and sweet, 47 developed above average intellect, physical capabilities, etc so they trained him, blah blah blah and then he killed all of the other clones and his cloning creator.

Now he's the world's most dangerous and feared hitman. But in Absolution with Victoria, they were doing more genome testing in order to create the 'next' breed of super killer. I won't say much more but Diana was 47's old handler and she went against the Agency by breaking Victoria out and saving her from all the tests.

Hopefully that somewhat helps

i'm a bit high though, maybe that's why.

It's just kind of "clunky" the voice acting rules though. I'm only two missions in.

It's just kind of "clunky" the voice acting rules though. I'm only two missions in.

Hmm... the animations or the gameplay? I find the gameplay SO good- just so flawless and smooth. Once you master all of the controls then you'll be unstoppable.

I thought the animations were pretty stunning though, but the voice acting is top notch.

Still pretty in shock about the horrific Boston bombings... I have CNN as my homepage on my work computer so when the first headline popped up when it first happened, I just thought "oh some idiot probably blew up his BBQ or something" but then the photos and videos starting rolling in...

The animations a bit, but I mostly meant that there's really no guidance in the game. For example, I just passed the part where you have to grab a key off of a security guy, and it kept telling me he liked his coffee, but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to poison it.

Ahh... that's why I love Hitman because there are seriously like 10 + ways in each level to kill your target. You could murder the chef, stuff his fat *** body in the fridge, steal his clothes and then throw a knife into the security guy's head and then take out of the rest of the guards with your guns. OR you could open the blinds and get him when no one is looking. OR you could get the sleeping pills in the bathroom upstairs and then put them in his coffee and then just steal the card while he is passed out in the next room.

Just wait until you get to the next level man, there are 12 ways to kill the target

More then likely, that's what media did with the Holmes shooting, saying he was dressed like the Joker. :

Yea that was ridiculous, however, the report was that he identified himself as the Joker to the police during his arrest... but he was delusioned and the media had a frenzy about it. He could have said that he was Morgan Freeman and all of the sudden, the real Morgan Freeman would have been nailed to the cross by the right-winded politicians and media.
