I bought the Double Play knock off Daryl figure and did my best to appropriately weather him and make him look closer the TV show. The sculpt is off but it's still a decent likeness. All in all, I think it's a pretty cool figure by Double Play. I just swapped out the body, weathered him up and added his season 4 mop.

Thanks, guys! I used the HT Cuban carded one but modified it quite a bit. The legs were shortened and breasts reduced. I had an Obitsu body but thought it looked too small and went with the custom route.
