I get them, they immobilize you and make you throw up and no pain killrs work,

Yeah me too!
What a pain in the ass!
I have ophtalmic migraine!
It become rare now but when I was younger I went to the hospital too to be sure that it was not a meningite ( I didn't know if it's the good term in English)!

The type I have can be managed with a preventative beta blocker called Propanolol (Inderal) and an as-needed medication used at onset called Maxalt (10 mg dosage).

It took a lot of trial and error for me to find these meds that worked. Traditional pain killers don't help at all for me. Intensive exercise used to actually work once one had come, but that doesn't seem to work so well anymore.

Because I'm sure the first thing you felt like doing when shards of glass are stabbing your brain is wind sprints!

What a bummer!

I think I was in college circa 2000, was going to exercise, and was pissed that I was getting another debilitating migraine. So I said to myself, "____ you brain! I'm going running!" and the results were miraculous. That worked many many times over the years, and probably kept me in reasonable physical condition for awhile. . .Marty McFly probably didn't get migraines.

So what's the general consensus on the best 1/6 shades for Marty? I seem to remember someone mentioning the T-1000 glasses at some point. Would these be the closest available to what we see Marty wear?

I just hope this will work with Ericks sculpt

The T-1000 shades are probably the best quality, but they may be small, since not only are HT heads a bit small, but Robert Patrick had a narrow head as well! Hopefully, they'll work.

As an alternative, I found a Ken doll (back in post#758) that has some bigger ones, but I'm sure the quality is only so-so.

Anyone know any other options?

They fit my Sarge, they should fit Marty...:monkey1

Unless your Marty is on anabolics :monkey3

I think there is too much hair round the ears for it to work :dunno

I think it will have to be a mod similar to the Rainman Dude where the sunglasses arms sit into a hole carefully made just below the temple area of the hair :dunno

Ah yes, you are right, I had to sculpt slots there in the hair to make it work.

:lecture

Some mod work will definitely be required. Maybe not for the "lifted" pose (on Erick's sculpt) though.

Do you not think bud? I am looking at the bulk of that hair round the sides and I just don't see the sunglasses arms working :dunno
