I ordered my medallion from BBTS in June of 2023! Yeah, it took them a loooong time to get these in stock. I hope they do another run for those who missed out. It seems simple enough to do, especially considering that they sold out.
Interesting

That's very odd. Not sure why they killed your order when it preceded mine. On another forum, someone tipped me that Target online has the Vincent Price figures in -- another one that BBTS still has on preorder. I get a lot of stuff from them, but they're becoming very annoying with this stuff. I hope you can track one of these medallions down!

BBTS has been known to penalize those that frequently cancel items by shipping their stuff last (and you wonder why people would cancel  ) so perhaps they did something like that here but instead of shipping last, they just ran out of stock?

Got mine today. Not fond of the lack of detail compared to the prototype -- or the price -- but the figure does look better with it on.

Rzeznikk, did you contact BBTS yet? Just curious what they have to say for themselves.

I’ve heard this a few times now about the lost detail, which is unfortunate :monkey2

Well Big Bad Toy Store made good on my order for my Medallion! After I called and expressed concern about how my order was canceled, they were able to reach out to another distributor and secured my order after all! Happy to finally have the iconic Bela Lugosi look with the Medallion! Bela is now complete! Haha!

Yup, that was the ******** excuse they gave me when I was on the phone with them. After I sent screen shots proving that my order was an earlier order than got canceled but others who ordered later recieved theirs someone from BBTS called and left a message apologizing and said that they were able to track down more from another vender/distributor. And if I'd like to call them back and place my order. So I did. And then he explained that the computer with auto cancel items if they don't have enough stock based on if there is a high cancelation rate. I said so I'm being penalized because I use BBTS as a safety net incase I can't find it elsewhere/cheaper? Which is what I do. I tend to auto preorder most smaller scale items and if I don't score them in store or Amazon etc before BBTS gets their stock then at least I got it, but later. Most of the time I do end up canceling. So it's a messed up formula they have for that. But he says it's very rare it happens that they don't get enough stock.

It's great that they were able to secure more orders, but that begs the question why auto cancel instead of securing more and then fulfilling all orders? So they weren't goinf to order more unless I complained or called them out?

Lucked out here. But even still it's just a small item. Imagine someone ordering a high end statue that gets sold out everywhere just for them to say "oopsies too bad." Not a great business practice there. Easily will lose customers screwing people over that way.

Glad you were able to secure one finally! BBTS is great for in-stock items, but I've been soured on their pre-orders almost every time. It's maddening to see others show off their wares when mine is still months away from being delivered.

Yay Rzeznik for you getting that resolution from BBTS! I was able to secure one direct from Infinite when they relisted. As much as I was "on the fence" about the medallion at first, it really completes the figure.
You did a fantastic job with your display! What staircase is that? I'd like to work out some alternate bases for these Infinite ones. The magnets seem to bee really good and make for a pretty solid support, but some figures really deserve to have a more scenic one. Bravo!
