You should go in and instead of using 45s take like every 10lb. plate in the building and fill up the bar with em.
Leg press days are the worst, sometimes are 100% max out days, it will be 14-15 45's on each side (two pegs upper and bottom) but sometimes I have to do that in order to tap my legs out, my flexors are just stupid strong for what size my legs ought to be.
Tuesday is what leg day usually falls on and the girls will be lined up in front of the Zumba, Body Pump door ready to get in their class and I feel like no one minds their own whenever it comes to my sets. "It's not a show, please move along" I don't want all those eyes on me.
