I hate feeling nauseous after working out. At least I know I pushed myself to my limits, though.

what are the best dumbbells out there in the market to get, I was thinking of ordering Power Blocks but wanted to make sure these are the best of the best before investing that much into them.
 
In St. Louis it's 80 degrees F at 9 a.m. Humidity is at 90%. Pretty much liquid air. Time for a 45-mile bike ride. :rock

Now if I could only find that scuba tank...

Drink plenty of fluids Terry. The stuff in the air may be humid enough but it won't rehydrate you.

We've reached 101 F the past couple days, 3 gallons of water is in full effect :rock
 
I think it has broken 80 F here three times all year.

There is a climate change going on for sure...

I about threw up the first time I came back to MO at the gym after dealing with Colorado and the climate, I was there for 7 days and I think the last 4 days I was getting accustom to the altitude but once I got back into Missouri and tried to work out in 90+ F and 90 humidity it was not pleasant.

At CO I've never discovered such a area where I could breath so much better and I felt like I had my vents, radiator, filter all cleaned out in my system versus MO. :monkey4

Had a good workout, did legs today and went pretty heavy since it's been a while.

Got the leg press for 4 reps the last set with both pegs almost maxed with 45's.

Got a last set of lunges in with 100lbs dumbbells.

All in all it was a pretty good leg workout.
 
Started lifting again on Friday. Did chest and I am still sore. Saturday was 4.8 miles and delts so now the delts are sore as hell.

Today ran a 5k and did bi's. Going to Disneyland tomorrow so walking all day non-stop will be my workout.
