Very nice, I was debating last night whether to keep this or not, and waking up to these pics is def a great step in the right directon! However I am still unsure on the BD sculpt, looks not bruce enough to me.

i was happy before but did realize that the body was really sharp....with this change....it makes the figure even better!!!!....can't wait to get this delivered......

While I have no interest in purchasing the figure, GREAT to see HT taking the time, effort, cost to address fan's concerns. This is why they are the kings of 1/6.

Arnie and Eric So are planning on a young Bruce Lee figure ..... wtf a young Bruce???

JC mention Yulli will/may still handle the future Bruce Lee project and Arnie will work on some other sculpt.

They can upgrade whatever they want but they'll never beat this one :

Looks good but prolly won't pose for ____ I like my action figures with articulation, not almost statue like stiffness.

Also his head looks gigantic on that body.

Enterbay's body is not yet finalized. There will be joints added.

HT did improve theirs considerably. I'm glad I pre-ordered the SS EX to get that non-battle scarred body before it sold out.

But if they add joints, it will be just the same as the NOKIA game of death...what would be the point of that?
I like the body how it is with no visible joints.

Much much better,but ive been spoiled with Arnie Kim's versions so im still not sold on that Body.Toned down the muscles but there is something about the whole shape of the body i never liked...Well it looks like HT listened and i hope Arnie Kim would get a little involved and tell them how to shape a Bruce Lee body.
I wanted this to be good,i really do because ive wanted a ETD figure for a long time now.

I can see this happening. Arnie could've been fed up with just doing BL figures for EB and want to do something else. Artists usually don't want complacency and redundancy. They want challenge. At most, he could give Yulli pointers here and there, but that's about it. But who knows, right? Arnie may come back to doing BL once in a while.

Also, would this mean that they plan to do more figures of BL-based characters? BL figures would be the next MJ figures!

In any case, this particular figure is enough for me. I don't need a lot of BL figures and this DX-04 will actually give me two.

Enterbay updates their BL body every year. This new one would be the first not done by Arnie Kim. This is YJ Park's attempt. That's the point.

I know a lot of people here would like a seamless body with hidden articulation, but I don't think Enterbay is up to it. Their QC has been rather poor lately, would you really want them to try a rubber body at this point?

I would. Why not? Every figure has it's points and drawbacks. Every collector has his own reasons for wanting or not wanting whatever is on the market. I've read about these QC problems but have never experienced them, particularly as peculiar to one company. Go for it Enterbay.
