I got Classic Pred on PO, but I just preordered a 2nd Jack Sparrow..so November/December will be quite tight for me :lol

Jan/Feb would be the perfect time for Classic Pred :D

I have a ton of stuff to pay for now so I'm trying to decide which one A/P collectible I should get. Might PO the Dog or Big Chap 1/6 scales..or just wait for the P2 LSB.

However, I am really liking the Dutch PF..wish we could get a Hicks PF to go along with him.
Ooooo and a Harrigan..maybe a shirtless Brody..idunno.... :panic:

Too much choice.:panic:

After getting closer look at 1/4 NECA predators I concluded that there is now way I will pay 200+ dollars for this new HT figure.

You could also conclude that the HT figure has 4 different headed looks, a nice base and a light up feature along with multiple swap-out hands and the planet holograms (and super predator skull if you go for the EX). The net wont rip easy and after the first few times you move them the arm and ankle joints wont be looser than an experienced prostitute. The paintwork will also be much better, will have metal blades and it will not have rubber armour. All that you couldn't even get if you bought all 3 Variants of the Neca figure.

I don't know why people keep comparing. I own the 1/4 Neca, it's a real nice piece but the one thing for me is the paint job let's it down a little, other than that, it's a great piece but that's just me before some goes crazy over my comment. I've already bought the HT Classic Pred, which looks great to me as well, can't wait to have them both :rock

I gave my 1/4 Neca to a friend of mine. He looked good, but the legs were too loose and he was unable to stand on his own. I decided to just stick with the Hot Toys 1/6 figures.

I currently have two of this figure on order. I'm not sure if I'll keep both, but I'll definitely have at least one of these.

I'm pretty happy with the paint on the neca one. Yeah when you see what customisers have done to it it demonstrates how it could be better but with those customs out of sight out of mind the stock paintjob on the neca one looks great IMO.

I was going to get 2 HT Classic predators but reduced my quantity to one - primarily for financial reasons but also because I'm really happy with my 3 neca Preds to represent the P1 in my collection.

@ a-dev
Yeah some of them repaints are incredible. I wanted to buy two HT Preds, one as he was & another to turn into the Original but it's to expensive.

Yeah that was my intention aswell. I had 2 of the original P1 one of which was going to stay stock and another which was going to become a 'shortarse' Classic predator by loaning his 1987 pred-exclusive parts to the actual new Classic Predator who thusly would become a taller P1. And my other new HT Classic predator was going to stay stock and be my masked version with the holograms....if you can follow all that.

However, financially it just won't be possible for me and as I said I'm really happy with the neca P1s, totally different scale I know but I don't really care. So now I'm down to one original HT P1 kept stock and one HT Classic Pred that'll also keep stock. I sold one of my HT P1s to Bakurenoh recently.

Just wait for the 1/4 Hot Toys P1. It's gonna happen.:D

*groans* Then all we need is 1/3 scale to become the newest standard and, what the heck, for Galoob to start back up and make micro machine versions again! Lets buy everything in every scale thats ever been.

The p1 i bought is probably going to be the "classic" when Classic comes out with the same idea as you had. However i do have a spare set of bone trophies and bicep armor so i could have 2 full p1's on each body ( I will probably do a full comparison when classic is out then i will decide on what i want to do after that though )

Predator will eventually be made in every scale. The fanbase is there with the money to spend make it happen.:D

I paid in full for my HT's classic pred when he 1st came out via OSB ,and i cant wait for him.

I also just caved in and brought the 1/4 Neca masked Predator.
