I sent a very nice email to EB 4 days ago about the missing chain issue and have not heard back from them yet...

I think it's reasonable to expect a reply within 10 days.

Coco has the first 2 defects worth contacting EB about, his is the first I've seen with warped cowl and gaunlet.

I saw that some collectors with complaints have posted pics of their "defective" toys on Bill's Fb page, and all Bill did was "like" the pics. But yeah, I guess doing this wouldn't hurt. Whether he shrugs it off or not, he should know how to address complaints well.

this is my minor complain for EB.
they could do it better

I don't do facebook but if you or anybody else can tactfully post the pics of my crummy Bat bits then go for it. It may do some good.

Oh, and I snapped a shot without that awful stand. No way I'd leave him on there without support though.

looks great on that stand cocopuffs! you should just make a hole in the floor of your custom stand like the 1/6 shelves you make to hold him up. hope you have the wrong made right by enterbay. mine should be here soon too. fingers crossed

Yeah, I think I'll drill a hole in the stand base. Should work. Almost anything would be better than EB's base.

I'll summarize again the minor defects. doesn't piss me off though:
1. the trim around crotch area could be better
2. the magnets fall off from his phone (easy fix using the double tape)
3. around batman's back near/ behind the belt (see page 294)--> I'm curious if anyone have this problem too
