Looks good to me...

InArt reveals Aragorn production piece 6-15-24 (2).png

The concrete changes they made, and which will not change even with better quality photos/videos or with different lighting, is that they changed the color of the forearms, they were red and now brown.
And the boots go higher compared to the prototype, I don't know if we can put them at the height we want

Figure looks amazing! Preordered 2 of peasant editions and I'm very pleased how he turned out. However sculpt definitely isn't the same, they changed the eyebrows and there are small changes here and there. Viggo's eyebrows sit very low just in general, while figure got stronger eyebrows, which doesn't look bad at all, but definitely takes the likeness away. Either way I'm sure we gonna be very happy when we have him in hand.

I thought people complained that the boots were too short before?

I do miss the pop of red on the vambraces though.

Really curious to see pictures from that "black" guy you guys keep mentioning :ROFLMAO: should be soon now that inArt released their video?

The eyebrows could very well be over-painted. That's not a sculpting issues though. The sculpt may have variance from the casting process though.

Hate to be one of those guys... but he kinda looks a bit like Sawyer from Lost on the left there. 😁

But seriously, I think this turned out really good and I can't wait to get mine... some time in the distant future.

You might be right, but overall shape and length look different, also they are placed higher than before, idk.

Are his shoulders and chest more broad in the final one

I haven’t lost faith in it yet but I still feel like some things have changed with this one. Regardless though first pictures are never the best thing to judge a figure on.

Wow, seeing this side by side is more of a letdown, that prototype looks like a person in 1/6 and the other a good figure/doll. Apart from softness that may be due to video quality, the jaw looks less accurate, more broad and less defined, maybe the way the hair falls and the thickness of it(different than prototype too) is changing the way the proportions of the face look.

The anticipation for this figure then InArt put out this woeful video. I mean he looks great but the terrible lighting, futzing and some headscratching 'adjustments' have dampend the reveal.

I do think it's the same sculpt but the shadows on his face has made his beard look a lot darker than the prototype which definitely hasn't helped the likeness. The rooted hair seems like it needs futzing too whereas the likeness on the sculpted version helps sell that overall version (I know the face sculpt is identical).

Why oh why have they changed the bracers to brown from red?!

They also didn't add the stitching down the inside of the coat sleeves which is a major bummer. Even ACI and Sideshow got that right! They have added it down the back of the coat now though.
