Mafex DC Universe figure thread including ( all genre based including movie, comic )

Is the Mafex 3rd reissue Hush Superman slightly bulkier than the previous versions of Mafex Hush Superman or is it just me ? I ordered the 3rd reissue Hush Superman btw. Finally i have one ! (it is on its way) Mafex Hush Superman was such a grail for me. It is one of best Superman figures out there. Arguably only the third party BMS Return of the King (Kingdom Come) Superman is better.

Riddler looks fantastic. I just wish they'd put Scarecrow up for pre-order at the same time as him.

I didn't preorder this, and now that I see it, I want it.
I've never bought a MAFEX figure before. It is best to bite now and pay eBay prices before he goes up in price even more, or do prices usually go down a bit again after the release hype has passed?

With the Mafex stuff some go up like crazy in aftermarket(brown suit wolverine) others you can sometime find cheaper than retail (AoA Magneto) If he's close to retail price on Ebay I'd pick him up. The praise around this release make me think he'll shoot up in price.

If you've been collecting Mafex through the recent years, that really won't matter as they reissue every now and then. I buy them because they look nice. Banking on resale value for these isn't a good move because by now most know that there will be a reissue down the line.

True, but there are some that slip through the cracks for reissues like adult Miles, brown suit Wolverine, or Gurihiru Deadpool. They've definitely been good about keeping the aftermarket level and preventing scalping for the most part.

You mean haven't been reissued? I know adult Miles and brown suit Wolverine were reissued recently. Not sure about Deadpool.

Adult miles just got a KO created by CT toys and the Tiger Strip was reissued not the brown suit yet. Although there are rumors that brown suit may get a reissue later this year. Haven't heard anything about Miles in terms of official reissue
