Hey. Yeah, the ears are soft and the pressure from the bag over a period of time is causing them to bend. I'd expect the blowdryer trick to work, but I haven't tried it myself.

Kit ships out in order of invoice number. It doesn't matter if you paid in full. Someone with invoice starting in 861** just had there's shipped out.

It may depend which one you ordered. All in set vs premium vs standard. If it's all in, I don't think the invoice number release was as high.

These QC issues are realistically only relevant in regard to how many figures have shipped. If .01% of figures have an issue that's acceptable reality for this kind of product, is its 20% that's unacceptable.So far with the Batman QC issues
