I wouldn't be surprised if their TWD stuff is from the spin-offs or season 7 or 8 considering Daryl and Negan are coming too.
That’d be foolish. The Walking Dead majorly fell off at the end. Do the spin-offs even have good ratings?

It’s like Game of Thrones. Despite the ending, there’s still a demand for stuff from seasons 1-6…seasons 1-4 in particular. Yet ThreeZero kept pumping out S7 and S8 figures, which was dumb. They’d be stupid to make this same mistake with Walking Dead.

I think I’d get Rick and Negan from Walking Dead. Maybe Maggie, she was badass before Lauren Cohen left and came back. That’s probably it though.

It's mentioned in the screenshot from 0tigadark0: anime figures will be 1:12, not 1:6

I know but I want to see if someone can confirm it in person

I have asked a few times by emailing Queen Studios Customer service and they said it is still 1/6 after asking if they are now making them 1/12

So I don’t know if it was initially misheard or the customer service representatives just have the wrong information

So I just want someone to clarify! 😁

Not sure how some random customer service person they hired for Queens Studio would know what INART's internal plan is. If John is saying it's 1/12 in interview, it's most likely 1/12 for their current plans.

I know there are plenty of other companies doing 1/6 anime figures right now but 1/12 just seems like a waste of InArt's talents and production capacity imo.

But I've never really seen the appeal of 1/12 scale figures with soft goods etc.

Its still just confusing how I have messaged inart and they have said CSM is still going to be 1/6 but like Hologram said they are just CS and probably don’t know anything internal 😭

I would still be super grateful if you wouldn’t mind asking them when you go to SDCC to see what they say, so I can finally give up on them doing 1:6 CSM 😭

They won’t be 1:6. No way they will waste resources on that, not many people are interested in those type of figures.

Well they showed 1:6 prototypes last year so they must of wanted to do it, I am not hopeful but we will see

With the state of their company as of right now, I don’t think that would be a smart business move. All their figures are delayed and then doing those figures in 1:6 when there’s not much interest seems stupid. It will push back all their other stuff even more.

Yeah honestly you are right, these have just been my most anticipated figures ever since they showed the prototypes so it hurts 😭 I do understand thats its probably unrealistic at this point. Maybe next time John does a livestream I can ask the question to see if its possible again in the future

I'll be honest, I have lost interest in them as a company. They take too long, not enough releases/licenses that interest me, and too expensive. I still plan to order MJ but overall, ehh. I'll wait for Hot Toys to do a new Terminator.

I don't think they take too long when companies like Hot toys take roughly the same time.

However the influencer batch and QC issues is starting to really p*** people off, especially when their products are sold out anyway so who are they influencing?

I'm glad we have inart but they definitely need to hire a QC team.

Maybe when they finally get their production speed sorted. Whenever that may be..

It’s insane, absolutely insane that influencers have already received both Aragorn and Harry when 90% of the normal customer hasn’t even received their Batman that was “released” 3 months ago. And the QC issues so far have been quite concerning.

Agreed their actually doing more bad than good with the influencer batch.

So Hot Toys has been doing this for a while and InArt gets the biased blame? Interesting..
There'd be a lot less criticism if not for these influencer batches that do nothing but anger people.

That said, InArt made a big deal about releasing products in their release window when they launched. Then no one but the influencers actually gets their stuff in said release window, yeah you can figure out why this happens.

The idea of a Inart Rick Grimes has blown my mind and made my day. Totally unexpected.

3 figures? Rick/Negan/Daryl? Maybe Michonne? Suppose it all depends on what era they go for.
Yep, the three TWD characters listed in the recap (name) translations are:
Rick, Dixon and Negan.

Lucky! 😭

I was wondering if possible would you be able to ask at the booth if they have any info on the Chainsaw Man figures? There was a rumour that they were switching them to 1/12 and I just need to get an answer if they are still coming and 1/6 scale

I know most people don’t care about these ones but I would be forever grateful if you could ask about them please 😭
Sorry I missed out on a line in the livestream recap list, the translation is the following:

16, Anime/Manga characters will all be produced in 1/12 scale, not 1/6.
