I've been hoping for a new premium Prime, this looks amazing.
 
Really boggles my mind they haven’t made figures from the first film yet

Not since their recent Q&A Video where they said something about taking it back a step in planning as they wasn't happy with it and wanted to improve it etc. So maybe unlikely to see up for PO anytime soon :(
 
So is this a dark of the moon prime re release? Or are is this just a new figure with that huge gun rack thing? Cause that’s going to be a lot.
 
Heya -- the Premium scale Bumblebee from the 2018 'Bumblebee' film -- can anyone who owns one tell me what size button cell batteries it takes?

DLX is to small for me
 
Hey guys, I was hoping someone here could help me out.

I just stumbled across the three zero figures - I had no idea these even existed!! Does anyone own the DLX and the Premium figures? Say, the Bumblebee Optimus? In your opinion, do you think the premium is worth the extra cost? The size difference is insane and its the main thing holding my back from buying it (otherwise the DLX Optimus looks great too).

Lastly, I'm torn the RotB Optimus and BB Optimus. I know the latter is definitely more "classic" and reminiscent of his G1 appearance, and I personally also prefer it over RotB. But RotB looks a lot better as a figure than what I remember it being in the movie. Plus it comes with extra accessories and the mouth piece (which I actually like lol). But doesn't have the ion blaster. I only concern with going for BB Optimus is that it is an older figure so I'm wondering how much things have improved since then?

Design and appearance aside, which of these two do you guys think is better as a figure purchase?

I have both DLX and premium Optimus from BB and premium is a whole different level of detail. Well worth the price (it was even discounted on Sideshow as a daily deal a while back when it was still in stock). ThreeZero figures are typically a lot of bang for buck especially when compared with the skyrocketing prices of 1/6 figures, so would go Premium if you can find them. Easier to collect DLX if you want a full set, but i'd go premium if you just want to have your perfect Optimus and BB.

Vastly prefer BB Optimus to RotB Optimus design, tbh.

Damn I was hoping the answer to be different than this 😅

I would have loved to go Premium. But putting price aside, the size is my biggest concern - the BB Optimus looks gigantic. That said, I would be willing to buy DLX for now and just keep eyeing the Premium line for now for having a complete set. The other problem is aftermarket prices - no idea how they fluctuate for the Threezero transformers figures and the biggest thing I dread is having to pay those exorbitant prices to get the premium later... and whether Threezero will ever re-issue any of their figures.

Speaking of which, are they re-issuing the RoTF Optimus? I really hope they eventually cover the DOTM designs.

But all things considered, DLX seems like the perfect middle ground - though in an ideal world, I would have gone for Premium.

This is pretty much my excuse for not getting Premium Prime and Bee. If they ever put out a Premium Optimus Primal, it would be a must have.

RoTB Optimus arrived yesterday. Can confirm that I'm really liking this design in figure form. It's not 100% G1, but I appreciate the differences instead of disliking it. Fantastic range of motion too!

Hope to be able to pose him more dynamically when I get a larger display case. Speaking of which does anyone have any recommendations? I've ordered a bunch of other figures and would love to be able to display them without dust accumulating on them. Looking for something similar to Moducase, where you can stack them and they have decent space; I'm hoping to get rid of my old bookshelf and replace it with them.

Also unrelated, but does anyone know if the BB DLX Soundwave has a die-cast frame like the newer figures? 3z says he uses die-cast "parts", but not sure if that means his frame just parts stuck onto this body. Would love to pick him up if he does have a similar frame.
