I think someone covered this a few pages back with pics and everything. I just breezed through it though. Not sure on the answer.
He’s got the new peg system on hand along with the DX09. Never got a look at the bottom of it.

Will the new neck peg system attach to the DX09 body or one similar?
just remove the neck piece from the 2.0 and swap it out to the dx09 body. its just a standard narrow body with a fat suit. the old dx09 cowl had a ball peg that fit into a standard neck piece you'd typically find from the junk 1/6 bodies

Is that darker blue shade from the camera pic being overly contrasted or how it actually looks? It's lighter blue in another person's video.

What source or link is the bottom pic from? I can’t find toy-box-d anywhere. The one on the bottom seems to have better likeness. What happened? Why does the final product look different than this?

The bottom toybox'd pic is also of the final product figure, that's their youtube review channel. I'll try to find it again.

The differences we're all seeing in various pics is from different camera focal lengths changing the head and sculpt shape along with different lighting conditions.

Please let me know the link! It seems to show the true look of the figure.

Keaton’s eyes get green brownish accents in the center. It’s not as deep blue IMO.

They often appear green in 89.
His eyes are actually greenish hazel mixed if you look it up

Considering how primitive makeup and effects were back in the early 90s before computers really took over in enhancing designs and material quality ..they did a pretty good job sculpting the cowl to his face ..if you notice his eyebrows are really shaped like th e brows on the cowl …especially the 89 cowl ..I guess that’s why he was one of my favorite batman because his facial expressions were intimidating :lol

Is that long neck post connected to one of those awful tight neck ball joints underneath that HT sometimes do so when you try to take it out ..it stays connected to the bottom of the ball joint so you have to really force it back it into the neck socket or you have to heat it up ..god I hate those type of neck pecks from HT

It’s crazy how they still consider that blue when it really doesn’t seem like it any which way you look at it  but you are right upon more research they consider it blue
Blue eyes are notorious for this, as Wor-Gar and I talked about in another thread - in Batman there’s shots where his eyes almost look completely green, then in Returns they’re blue. In reality they were always blue with a slight muddy hazel around the pupils.
